Operators know best
The best tools for small business are built by people who run small businesses. We know what matters in a P&L because we read them every month.
Zero Touch AI isn't a technology startup that decided to sell to small businesses. It's a portfolio of real businesses that built AI tools to solve real problems, then realized other operators could use the same tools.

Derek Santini has been running businesses for over two decades. Multifamily real estate across Massachusetts and Connecticut. A gas station in Wilmington. A life sciences startup. Twenty-plus QuickBooks files that needed to be reconciled every month.
For years the back office work was a constant drain on time and focus. Hiring staff helped but didn't scale. Outsourcing was inconsistent. The work still needed to get done.
When AI tools became capable enough, Derek started building. Not to sell, just to run his own operations. The system now manages all 20+ QuickBooks files. It worked well enough that it made sense to offer it to other owners facing the same problems.

About AI and small business.
The best tools for small business are built by people who run small businesses. We know what matters in a P&L because we read them every month.
The routine, repetitive work is automated. The decisions that matter, like pricing, hiring and strategy, stay with you.
We sell specific outcomes, like books delivered by the 10th. If we can't tell you exactly what you're getting and measure it, we won't promise it.
